These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the CS website and services. By requesting a quotation, placing an order, or using our site, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
CS supplies custom enamel pins and pin badges. Manufacturing is carried out by Shenzhen Changsheng Sign Co., Ltd., located in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. International contracting, invoicing and payment are handled by CHANGSHENG HARDWARE SIGNS MING-EDITION (HK) LIMITED. Each entity acts in its respective role as described here; no parent/subsidiary or ownership relationship is asserted between them in these terms.
2. Custom Manufacturing and Tolerances
Our products are custom-manufactured to your specifications. Because each piece is handcrafted, minor variations in color, plating, and dimensions within normal manufacturing tolerance are inherent to the process and do not constitute defects. We maintain strict quality standards, but slight color shifts, finish variations, and dimensional tolerances (typically ±0.5mm) are normal and acceptable.
3. Quotes and Validity
All quotes provided by CS are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After 30 days, material costs, labor, or production schedules may have changed, and a new quote may be required. Quotes are non-binding until you place an order and we confirm acceptance.
4. Artwork Approval and Production
Production of your custom order begins only after you have approved a digital proof in writing. Once you approve a proof, you accept full responsibility for the accuracy of all artwork, spelling, colors, quantities, and specifications shown in that proof. We will not be responsible for errors that appear in your approved artwork. Changes requested after proof approval may incur additional fees and delay production.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and exclude shipping, import duties, and taxes. Payment terms are confirmed at the time of order. Production begins only after payment in full or the agreed deposit has been received. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before an order is confirmed.
6. Intellectual Property — Your Artwork
You confirm that you own or have the legal right to use any logo, artwork, design, text, or image you submit to us. You are solely responsible for any third-party intellectual property claims arising from your artwork. By submitting artwork, you grant CS permission to reproduce it for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We reserve the right to decline any order if we reasonably believe it infringes third-party trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights, including copyrighted characters, brand logos, or protected designs.
7. Our Intellectual Property
All content on the CS website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements, is the property of CS or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any website content without our prior written permission.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs, methods, and delivery timelines are quoted separately and confirmed before order placement. CS is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon shipment. 9. Returns and Refunds
Because our products are custom-manufactured to your specifications and approved by you, returns and refunds are subject to strict conditions. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for complete details on eligibility, timelines, and procedures.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services, including loss of profits or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website and services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
