What is the minimum order?
From 100 pcs per design. Unit price drops at 500 pcs and again at 1,000+ pcs.
Is there a mold fee?
Each new design needs a one-time mold, listed in your quote. Molds are kept for 1 year and reorders reuse them at no extra charge.
How long does it take?
Artwork proof in 2 working days, physical sample in 10–14 working days, bulk production in 30–60 days. Rush orders from 10–15 days.
Can you ship DDP?
Yes — door-to-door with import duties and taxes included in your quote, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Can I mix colors or designs in one order?
Colors can be mixed within one design. Each different design needs its own mold and its own minimum of 100 pcs.
I don't have artwork. Can you help?
Yes. Send a sketch or idea and we prepare the design (add 7 working days to the sample time). The digital proof is free.
Can you pack for Amazon FBA?
Yes — backing cards, OPP bags and barcode labels to FBA requirements, or to your own warehouse rules.
How do I pay?
T/T bank transfer, PayPal or credit card. Payment terms are confirmed in your quotation.
Are your pins suitable for children?
Tell us if pins are for children under 12. We arrange CPSIA testing for that order and do not use magnetic backs.
