Custom Hat Pins for Caps, Beanies and Cowboy Hats
A hat pin is a lapel pin made for a hat, and the hat changes what works. Thick crowns, knit beanies and felt or straw brims hold a pin differently. We make custom soft enamel, hard enamel and printed hat pins in our own factory. This guide matches the backing, size and packing to the hat.
1. Match the backing to the hat

2. Size and weight
A hat pin is seen from a distance, so keep logos and text bold and simple. Heavier or wider pins can tilt on a soft beanie; two posts with clutches, or a safety pin bar, spread the load. Send the pin size and the hat style and we confirm it on the artwork proof.
3. Choose the pin style
