We ship our custom metal products worldwide, factory-direct from Shenzhen, China. This page explains our production times, shipping methods, and what to expect after you place an order.
1. Production Time
Custom made-to-order products typically require 10 to 30 business days for production after you have approved your digital proof in writing and payment has been received. The exact timeline depends on the product type, order quantity, complexity of your design, and current production schedule. In-stock items usually ship within 1 to 3 business days. Rush production may be available upon request — please inquire during the quote stage.
2. Shipping Methods
We partner with trusted international carriers to deliver your order safely and on time. Available shipping methods include:
- Express air freight via DHL, FedEx, or UPS for fast, fully tracked delivery worldwide.
- Standard air freight for larger orders where cost efficiency is a priority.
- Sea freight for bulk orders to reduce per-unit shipping costs.
- Consolidated shipping for multiple orders shipped to the same destination.
3. Estimated Transit Times
Transit times are estimates from the date your order ships and vary by shipping method and destination:
- Express (DHL, FedEx, UPS): 3 to 7 business days.
- Air freight: 7 to 15 business days.
- Sea freight: 25 to 40 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, volume, destination, and selected shipping method. For large or bulk orders, we will provide a custom shipping quote. Shipping costs are separate from the product price and are confirmed before you complete your order.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total. We will provide all necessary documentation to facilitate customs clearance.
6. Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and carrier information so you can monitor your shipment in real time. You can use this tracking number to follow your order from our facility to your destination.
7. Delays
Delivery times are estimates only. CS is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. If your shipment is delayed, we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. For concerns about a delayed shipment, please contact us with your tracking number.
