OEM & ODM Questions
Will you put your own name on my pins or packaging?
No. We make pins under your brand only. Packaging can carry your branding or be completely neutral.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send your NDA with the brief and we will sign it before you share confidential artwork.
I only have an idea. Can you design it?
Yes. Send a sketch, photo or description and our team prepares the design. Add 7 working days to the sample time; the digital proof is free.
Who owns the mold?
The mold is made for your design and used only for your orders. Molds are kept 1 year for reorders.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. Buyers are welcome to visit our Shenzhen workshops, or book a live video walk-through with Bella.
What is the minimum order?
From 100 pcs per design, with better pricing at 500+ and best at 1,000+.
Can you pack for Amazon FBA or my warehouse?
Yes. OPP bags with your barcode labels, backing cards or gift boxes, with cartons packed to FBA or your warehouse rules.
