- Keep text and fine detail inside a safe margin from the outline – the epoxy dome rounds the edge of the print area.
- Tell us whether white areas should be white ink or bare plated metal.

Printed or enamel – which is better for my design?
Choose printed pins for gradients, photos and very fine detail. Choose enamel for bold flat colors and a raised-metal look. Send your artwork and we will recommend the right method.
What is the minimum order?
From 100 pcs per design. Unit price drops significantly at 500 pcs and again at 1,000+ pcs, so tell us your quantity range and we will quote the options side by side.
How long does it take?
A digital proof within 2 working days of receiving your artwork, a physical sample in 10–14 working days (add 7 working days if we create the design), and mass production in 30–60 days depending on quantity and finish. Rush orders can be produced in as little as 10–15 days – tell us your date first.
Can you ship DDP, with duties paid?
Yes. We can ship DDP door-to-door: import duties and taxes are included in your quote, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. FOB and EXW are also available.
Is there a mold fee?
Each new design needs a one-time mold, listed clearly in your quote. Molds are kept for 1 year and reorders of the same design reuse them at no extra charge.
I don't have artwork yet. Can you help?
Yes. Send a sketch or idea and our team prepares the design (add 7 working days to the sample time). The digital proof is free.
Can you pack for Amazon FBA?
Yes. OPP bags with your barcode labels, backing cards or gift boxes, with FBA-ready labeling and cartons, or packed to your own warehouse requirements.
Are your pins suitable for children?
If your pins are for children under 12, tell us in the quote form. We arrange third-party CPSIA testing for that order and include the cost in your quotation. Pins for children under 12 do not use magnetic backs.
